ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATES

Estimated delivery dates and processes for products that are purchased from our Website are as follows, unless otherwise is notified regarding your order:

1.    Once you pay the order price, a confirmation e-mail is sent to the e-mail address you gave to us.

2.    Products which are available in our stocks are delivered to the shipping company within 5 business days.

3.    Once the order is delivered to the shipping company, shipping tracking number is sent to you by e-mail.

4.    Domestic orders are delivered within 2 business days. 

5.    International orders are delivered within 5 business days. 

We don’t accept responsibility regarding potential costs such as customs tax, customs fee and similar costs applicable to international orders.
